Judge Bryan Biedscheid of the First Judicial District Court in Santa Fe issued this ruling following a three-week bench trial. The court determined that Facebook and Instagram played a significant role in exacerbating a youth mental health crisis. It also found that Meta failed to adequately shield minors from online dangers and exploitation.

OpenAI is broadening the availability of ChatGPT by offering Free and Go users unlimited text conversations with GPT-5.6 Luna.
